GE.DI. Group Ltd. immediately started a quality path through the creation, the application and the active preservation of a quality system, according to the UNI EN ISO 9000 international standard, aimed at obtaining a management tool able to guarantee, in a systematic and ongoing manner, the company quality performances towards the reference market.
Such behaviour led GE.DI. Group Ltd. to obtain, on 28.05.2007, the company quality certificate according to the ISO 9001:2000 international standard , from the Auditing Body S.Q.S. ITALIA “ …. Referred to the Enterprise management aspects in its whole …” and in reference to the following specific activity: restorationand maintenance of immovable property under preservation..
Such behaviour led the company to obtain the company quality certificate in November 2006 according to the ISO 9001:2000 international standard today certified by the ISTITUTO GIORDANO S.p.A. Body – credited SINCERT, certificate n. 1120.
SOA Certificate: document, issued by the Certificate Organism Companies, demonstrating to possess the requirements stated by the D.P.R. 34/2000. Today it is a necessary document in order to attest the enterprise capacity to sustain any public contract work whose tender starting price is superior to 150.000,00 euro (whether it is contract or subcontract work).
The work experience accrued in the previous companies and the acquired know-how, enabled GE.DI. Group Ltd. to obtain, from S.O.A. EXIGE S.p.A, the SOA Certificate, for building performances in 12 works categories, two of which for an unlimited amount (OG1 e OG2) and one (cat. OG11 for technological installation) for VII classification enabling the acquisitions of public contract works up to 5.493.707,00 euro and for planning and building performances in VIII classification (unlimited)

Constructions Pallotta Srl have achieved, from society OPRAH SOA S.p.A, attestation SOA, for performances of construction in two categories of works (categories OG2 and OG1).
Group Ltd is enrolled to the Registry of Enterprises of the CCIAA of Bari with enrolment number 06605680724 and no. r.e.p. 497769, and the capital stock is of 1.500.000,00 entirely deposited.
The administration and control system is made up of 1 sole director and of one board of auditors constituted by 3 permament auditors and 3 deputy auditors. The technical management is currently entrusted to 2 members in charge.
Costruzioni Pallotta Ltd. is enrolled to the Registry of Enterprises of the CCIAA of Bari with enrolment number 06447290724 and no. r.e.p. 486471, and the capital stock is of 100.000,00.
Both GE.DI. Group Ltd. and Costruzioni Pallotta Ltd. are qualified, in compliance with the law 5th March 1990 no. 46 bearing the regulations for systems safety, to the installation, the transformation, the widening and maintenance of systems as stated by art.1 of the law no. 46/1990 as follows:
letter A) for systems of production, transportation, distribution and use of electric energy within buildings starting from the delivery point of energy supplied by the distributing body.
letter B) for broadcasting and electronic systems, cables and systems of protection from atmospheric discharges.
letter C) for Heating and air conditioning systems, activated by liquid, aeriform and gaseous fluid and of any nature and species.
letter D) for water-health systems as well as those of transportation, treatment, use, cumulation and consumption of water within buildings starting from the delivery point of water supplied by the distributing body .
letter E) for systems for the transportation and the use of gas having a liquid or aeriform state within buildings starting from the delivery point of gaseous fuel supplied by the distributing body.
letter F) for lifting apparatus of people or objects through lifts, hoists, escalators and similar.
Letter G) for fire-prevention systems.

DGBAP - REGIONAL DIRECTION FOR CULTURAL AND LANDSCAPE GOODS. The GE.DI. Group Ltd. is furthermore a member of of the main Regional Direction for Cultural and Landscape Goods, for which it has carried out various restorationand renovation works of immovable properties having an historical and artistic interest (churches, convents, castles, etc.).
The enterprise is moreover enrolled in White of the Enterprises of Confidence of the Ministry for the Assets and the Cultural Activities of the Supervision for the Architectonic and Landscaped Assets
