GE.DI Group Ltd. is an enterprise and at the same time a pool of enterprises: companies which have decided to offer the market their own experience working in synergy. The synchronization of these companies is entrusted to surveyor Graziantonio Pallotta who has a twenty-year experience in the building field. The GE.DI. Group mission consists of dynamic management, constant research of possible improvement, technological innovation, all aiming at meeting the Customer’s needs.

The Constructions & Renovations division is transversal to the other divisions concerning the carrying out of all planned public and private building works. Costruzioni Pallotta Ltd. and GE.DI. Group Ltd. Are part of this business unit.

The Tourism division is specialised in the planning, carrying out and management of tourist villages. Metavillage Ltd., which is managing the planning of a holiday village in Metaponto, and OstuniVillage Ltd., intending to plan the creation of a holiday resort in thefamous Apulian town, Ostuni, are part of this business unit.

The Plant & Technologies division is specialised in :
- design, implementation, testing and maintenance of fluid and electrical plant, for hospitals, service industry, house building and industrial building ;
- implementation of technology solutions, as networks for data transfer, Data / Voice / Videomultiservice networks .

The Property division manages the planning and carrying out of buildings for civil, executive and commercial habitation

The Energy division represents the business that the Group currently intends to pursue, some investments are foreseen for the development in the sector of energy production deriving from renewable sources

GE.DI. Group (GEstione DInamica stand for Dynamich Management) in 2008, decided to embark on a new era of architecture: the Dynamic Architecture, a project of the architect David Fisher for rotating towers, continually evolving: dynamic, ecological, made with industrial systems.

of R.T.T.I. LTD - Rotating Tower Technology International, an English company that manages all activities related to the construction of these revolutionary buildings; design & engineering, supply of modules and development

of R.T.I.I. SRL - Rotating Tower Industries Italy, an Italian company that will manage the construction of modules for rotating towers and turnkey construction of Leonardo bathroom, the Smart Bathroom, which will be built in the factory in Altamura (Apulia, Italy).

GE.DI. Group is also member of the exclusive DYNAMIC ARCHITECTURE CLUB

The factory in Altamura will produce first of all the Rotating Towers. It follows the production of residential buildings including social housing. The production facility, unique in the world, will provide hundreds of new workplaces both directly and indirectly (induced activities). It will be a source of pride and prestige for Italian production and will be recognized as "Made in Italy" par excellence, a symbol of Italian technology exported around the world.
